Details on exactly what it is you’re trying to achieve and what is happening on screen is extremely useful. For example…
“I just bought [name of course]. When I try to login I get an error message that says “This user does not exist.”
Is way better than…
“Hi, I can’t login.”
So please help us to help you by providing thorough details in your message.
