Q1. I’m worried about disclosing my credit card details. Is this really secure?

Firstly, I completely understand your concerns! You can relax though, as the payment systems I use (Paypal and Stripe) don’t share any of your financial information with me.

It’s processed under encryption, so all I receive is an email containing your name and email address to let me know that you’ve purchased. Both Paypal & Stripe are some of the most trusted payment processors on the internet and the system they use is super secure.

I’ve been selling guitar courses online since 2009 and we’ve never had any security issues.

Q2. Will BLUES AROUND THE WORLD come in the mail, or is it an online thing?

Both! BLUES AROUND THE WORLD is available both online or as a 6-DVD set.

Q3. What if I don’t like it? Can I get a refund?

OF COURSE! I truly believe you’re going to love BLUES AROUND THE WORLD. It’s the product of 6 months of hard work formulating the brand new learning system we use in this course and we’ve truly put everything into making it the best it can possibly be.

That said, if you’re unhappy with it once you try it, just let me know via email and I’ll give you a full refund!

If you’re not happy, that means I’m not happy and if that’s the case then I want you to have your money back!

Q4. Can I watch the videos on my iPhone/iPod/iPad?

Yes! Obviously you’ll use the DVDs with your DVD player or in your computer but the online version will be viewable on your phone, iPad, iPod etc.

All the videos stream directly from the members area to pretty much any device that plays video, whether that’s your computer, a smart phone, tablet…whatever, it’ll work.

Also, all the backing tracks come in mp3 format encoded at 192kbps, so they’re like any other song you’d put on your mp3 player.

Q5. Can I view the tab on my iPhone/iPod?

Yes! All the written materials are in PDF format, which can be viewed on an iPhone/iPod/iPad with an appropriate app. The one I recommend is called ‘Good Reader’ which you can download for around $2!

Q6. Can I burn the backing tracks and licks to CD?

Yes, absolutely! If you have CD burning software on your computer, you can burn all backing tracks to disc.

Q7. Can I print out the licks and written material?

Yes! All the written parts of the course are presented in high quality so you can print them out for your music stand.

Q8. I’m a little inexperienced, will this be too hard for me?

BLUES AROUND THE WORLD is designed for those that already can play guitar. If you’re a complete beginner and can barely strum an E chord, then this is definitely going to be beyond your skill level at the moment.

If however, you can comfortably play through songs, play your basic pentatonic scales and licks and read tab, then this will work for you.

It’s primarily focussed on playing lead guitar solos (with some rhythm work thrown in too), so if you haven’t ventured into that territory yet, this is a great way to start and the tools and ideas in BLUES AROUND THE WORLD will give you a ton of material to work on for many months to come!

Q9. I’ve been playing guitar for 30 years, how is this going to help me?

If you’ve been playing guitar a long time, this can and will help you…a ton! Even if you already know your scales and can fly up and down the neck, BLUES AROUND THE WORLD will help inject some new flavour into your playing!
